Is there a place in Atlanta, Georgia to find Indian housewares open to the public?
I am looking for quality merchandise at an affordable price, any ideas on where to go? From candles to statues, you name it, I am interested but just don’t know where to go in my area. I am in Metro Atlanta.

You can try Pier 1 they have shops all over. I love Pier 1 – they have WONDERFUL candles, and they aren’t overpriced.
There’s World Market – they have 5 or 6 stores in Atlanta:
For Indian furniture, SMS Trading Co. in Woodstock (678-445-3756) – inlay, sculpture, high-end and custom stuff (they have no prices on their website – affordable may depend on what you mean.. lol).
Or Eastwind Traders (Roswell n Alpharetta – Highpoint NC):
Bankruptcy auction on July 21st – Lawrenceville Highway – “Treasures of India” – might be a grand place to pick up a few things.. check out the details here:
